Artist James V Carroll who did the popular Threadless t-shirt design  “Muppetational Mosiac” has created a new Muppet design for us: “Muppet Theatre” with all  your favorite characters.  And because we loved the artwork so much, we are doing two variant editions as well: “Neon Night Variant” and “Red Carpet Variant.”  All three will be available at a random time on DarkInkArt.com on Tuesday, April 24th.

All three prints measure 18″ x 24″ and have retail prices of $60 each.  ”Muppet Theatre” is limited to a 200 piece edition while “Neon Night Variant” and “Red Carpet Variant” are limited to only 50 pieces in each edition.  Each print is numbered and signed by the artist James V Carroll.  Each edition will be limited to one per customer.

Mickey, with his faithful companion Pluto are asked to help out with the raking and yard clean up at the beautiful rolling landscape of The Clark Art Institute, in Williamstown Mass. They fall for it…and Pluto’s playful antics to romp through the leaves never gets Mickey down as he manages to make headway none the less,” was David’s response.

We have Disney art  beginning with “The Stare Down” – what did Donald do to get an eyeful from Daisy (or vice versa)?  We have another look with “Face Off” with Donald and Black Pete.  Donald had better watch his back with that troublemaker!  Next we have a romantic moment between Lady and the Tramp as he treats her to a candlelit dinner in “A Wink and a Smile” in a classic Disney moment.

Pluto and Bianca the fish check each other out in “What are you Lookin’ at?”  Pooh and Tigger have two very different reactions to the taste of Hunny in “Yummy” and “Yucky.”  I’m sure Pooh would be more than happy to help Tigger finish his jar.  Everybody’s favorite fairy, Tinker Bell sparkles in “Fairest Fairy.”  And last but certainly not least, we have Bambi discovering his “Reflection” on a fine spring day.
